We are a small family engineering company with over 40 years of commercial trading, producing high-quality precision engineered components to a wide and varied client base.

This role is a full-time permanent position working in Westhoughton, Bolton. You must be used to working in a fast paced and high value goods environment.


Job Role:

• Taking deliveries, loading and unloading goods.
• Log goods in / out of stores.
• Check incoming goods against purchase orders.
• Identification of all raw material receipts.
• Assign materials to the correct location.
• Ensuring stock systems records are maintained.
• Issuing and monitoring stock.
• Working closely alongside management.
• Operating saws and allocating raw materials to jobs.
• Good communication between all levels of staff.
• Delivery and Collection of goods as and when required.
• There are some manual and assisted lifting in this role.
• Keep Stores Tidy.
• Maintaining a clean & safe working environment.

Skills Required:

• Minimum of 1 years' previous experience in a similar role.
• Clean Driving License essential.
• Forklift Truck experience essential
• You will be selfmotivated and need mínimal supervision and be capable of working on your own
• Strong organisation skills
• Must be a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
