Roles


Despite the basic roles described below, your key focus will be ensuring the 3 departments within our office reach their monthly figure targets.

Ensure the teams work to sign on landlords, find properties to rent out and sell, tout/market our services, and complete commercial deals.

The individual points below are more department based, however an understanding into everything is a major bonus as it will show great proficiency within the office.


  • Supervise, motivate and monitor our Sales, Lettings and Commercial departments
  • Meeting, discussing and understanding the needs of sellers
  • Scheduling appointments that are suitable with the client's schedules
  • Performing research of the local market by comparing properties and checking market activity to establish a selling price
  • Listing properties with the relevant services and amenities
  • Liaising between the buyers and sellers to negotiate prices by using their marketing abilities and knowledge
  • Taking digital photos of properties for presentation to buyers and advertising collateral
  • Revealing any new information to buyers and presenting any details about the properties seen during the research process
  • Staging home properties for visits and making a purchase offer on a property
  • Attending closing dates and providing support for clients
We are looking for experienced, determined and motivated individuals. Upon assessment after a 4-6 month basis, the possibility of increasing salary is available.


Salary:
£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

  • Wembley: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • A-Level or equivalent (required)

Experience:


  • Supervising: 1 year (preferred)
Estate Agency: 1 year (preferred)

  • Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
