Nicholas Michael is a recruitment consultancy that specialise in the placement of professionals across both the private and public sectors within Construction.

Our recruitment service is built around the ethos of working closely with our clients and job seekers in order to find the ideal match.

Our office is based Hazlewell Court, Lolworth, Cambridge, CB23 8DS (outskirts of Bar Hill).


You will also report to the Managing Director & Senior Consultants and assist with timesheet chasing, accounts and document compliance within the business.


Responsibilities:


  • Placing multiple advertisements on different job platforms
  • Responding to any queries applicants may have
  • Registering new applicants on the database and making sure it remains up to date
  • Sales to prospective client

Successful applicants must have the following:

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Team player
  • Excellent communicator both written and verbal
  • Have experience with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Be fluent in English. Any language such as Romanian, Polish, Lithuanian, Albanian or other is a bonus
  • Have a strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of the Construction sector (preferable)
  • Be confident on the telephone
You must have a clean UK Driver's License.


Progression:


We have a solid progression plan in place from starting at Junior level, all the way through to Associate Director and Branch Manager level.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£20,000.00-£22,500.00 per year
