Account Client Relationship Manager - Hybrid (Edinburgh based)
£28,000 - £35,000

We are looking for a friendly and customer service-oriented client relationship manager to foster positive relationships with clients by receiving and analysing feedback to make our services more enjoyable.

Client relationship managers are also responsiblefor handling complaints and ensuring that these complaints are directed to the appropriate department to implement change.

We're looking for a relationship manager to be friendly, calm in pressured situations and professional towards client demands.

In return we offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 with flexible home working in our hybrid set up.

  • Build relationships with key employees among customers
  • Create plans to address clients business needs
  • Advise clients on creating profitable processes
  • Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
  • Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
  • Help sales team upsell or crosssell services and products
  • Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
  • Study competition to find new ways to retain customers
  • Set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them
  • Collaborate with internal teams
