Job Title:
Technical Services Administrator

Salary:

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday hours per week

Location:
Edinburgh

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Liaise with engineers / operatives to ensure timesheets are submitted correctly and in a timely manner.
Process and cost engineers / operatives timesheets in the CAFM system accurately and in line with the defined timescales.
Populate the payroll upload templates accurately and in line with the defined payroll cutoff dates.
Liaise with the Payroll Team to ensure queries are resolved quickly.
Assist with the timesheet / FSI-Go training for new starters.

Key skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Tenacity.
Ability to prioritise workload.
Previous finance/payroll experience advantageous.
Experience with CAFM / ERP system / Microsoft Office.
