Description

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for our client based in Altens.

The working hours are 40 hours per week 8.00am - 5.00pm Mon - Friday.

Key requirements are as follows:

IT Literate with intermediate Excel skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Polite professional telephone manner
Passionate about providing a professional and friendly service
Organised and efficient in managing own workload
Accurate attention to detail
Works well under pressure

Role:

Support the day to day running of our fuel distribution operation
Provide customers with accurate pricing & product information.
Process customer orders, ensuring all orders entered onto systems same day as received.
Accurately prepare daily fuel report
To carry out any other reasonable management request.
