ParaCode is an a new cloud-based insurance policy administration platform that is set to change the way the insurance world works

We are executing an ambitious growth strategy that will take the business to the next level.

The role will consist of:
- configuring the ParaCode platform to meet the needs of our customers, who are MGAs and brokers
- handling inbound support requests
- configuring ParaCode for demonstrations
- demonstrating the platform to potential customers
- representing ParaCode at events

As ParaCode is a young business, the role will evolve as the company expands and this will provide opportunities to develop your career in whatever direction is best for you and the business.

E.g. product management, account management, sales, support etc.

We are currently looking for an individual with the following attributes:

Insurance experience
broking or underwriting
Experience with insurance software
Customer facing
Able to follow and define processes
Flexible
CII certified
