The Company

We operate a clean modern production facility in Colnbrook where we produce bespoke stone products for use in high end landscaping projects across the UK.

We are a customer focused team with a mission to make great quality products and deliver them on time.

The Job
We are looking to hire a trainee production operative to join our factory based in Colnbrook Slough.

No experience necessary however you must have an eye for detail, be fit and strong and possess a great work ethic.

You will work through a structured training program during which you will be taught a variety of general production, packing and quality control processes.

All our team members are multi skilled and over time you will be trained in additional processes including work in our stock yard, operating high tech stone machinery and traditional masonry techniques.

Customer Service
LEAN manufacturing
Quality Control
Experience using hand tools
Experience using cutting saws
Ability to meet deadlines
Accuracy and attention to detail
Problem Solver
Good written and oral communication skills

Hours
Monday to Friday 06:45 to 15:15 or 07:00 to 15:30 with 30 minute unpaid break

Holidays
30 days holiday (inc 8 bank holidays)

Pay and bonus incentive
£10-12 per hour
Annual performance bonus paid provided objectives are met.
