**The Role - Learning Support Assistant
**For this role, I am actively recruiting for a friendly and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to work support students who have Special Educational Needs. The role will require you to provide academic and emotional support to students, buildinga rapport with them and encouraging them to take a proactive approach to their learning. Due to the students' needs, the ideal Learning Support Assistant will need to have experience working with children and young people who have SEN such as Autism, Dyslexiaand learning difficulties. This role requires a full-time commitment on a long-term basis.
**SEN School - Learning Support Assistant
**This thriving SEN school is located in the London Borough of Harrow and caters for students aged between 11-19 years who have Special Educational Needs such as ASD, Vision Impairment, Hearing Impairment, PMLD and SLD. They currently have 104 studentswho attend the school an Ofsted rating of 'Outstanding' from their last inspection in November 2018.
