Job Summary


This vacancy is 25 hours during school break and 30 hours during school term with flexibility, per week Monday to Friday.


Ideally we require applicants who are physically fit as there will be a large degree of walking around during each shift, must also enjoy working outdoors.

In exchange we offer full training and ongoing support. The opportunity to join a growing business with full uniform being provided and company pension scheme.


As this is an educational facility, we require an enhanced DBS check if you have a current one we may be able to accept this, alternatively you would be required to complete a disclosure.


Duties

  • Assume responsibility for the day to day delivery of the Car Park Service at each designated location in accordance with the agreed SLA's.
  • Lead by example and be prepared to work a shift on a car park when required.
  • To ensure that each location operates efficiently and effectively and that all operational areas e.g. patrol frequency, customer service, admin and presentation are maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Responsibility for cash and banking from payment machines.
  • To carry out any other duties as may be required from time to time to meet the needs of the business.
  • Provide first line customer service to users of the car park, ensuring a positive Impression is projected to all customers. Carry out regular patrols of the car park throughout the shift. Monitor vehicles to ensure full compliance of the car parks terms and conditions issuing Parking Charge Notices to offending vehicles when necessary.

Experience


No experience is necessary as full training will be provided, however, experience in customer service and having a SIA license would be advantageous.


Pay
£9.75 per hour.
