Trinity House Group are working exclusively to recruit a Finance Business Partner for a large service sector business based in Birmingham.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an innovative, commercially-focused Accountant who enjoys working with non-financestakeholders.

As the Finance Business Partner you will deliver an efficient finance business partnering service that challenges the decision making within the wider business, by providing effective and relevant financial information along with inciteful commentary.

_The Role_

Providing insight to variance analysis and preparing business cases
Lead budgeting and forecasting
Run review meetings with your key stakeholders to understand financial performance
Improve reporting, analysis and insight alongside the other Business Partners
Provide financial support to investment decisions
Identify areas of financial opportunity and potential risk
Support the wider Finance team in helping to alleviate transactional queries
Ad hoc projects

As the successful Finance Business Partner you will be / have:

A Qualified (min 2 years PQE) with experience working for a medium or large organisation.
Able to work to tight deadlines and thrive in a fast paced environment
A strong analytical background
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels
