Job Summary:


The purpose of the role is to support Senior Management team as needed and to manage practice related tasks such as arranging meetings and taking minutes of these meetings.


Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties may be varied from time to time under the direction of the Head of HR and Senior Management team, dependent on current and evolving practice workload and staffing levels:

  • Organise staff ID badges alongside the HR support and Development Lead
  • Maintain staff birthdays, start dates and anniversaries and arrange for flowers/prosecco and cards to be delivered where necessary
  • Meetings lead. Set up and oversee Educational and other meetings alongside Training Officer
  • Organise food delivery for meetings and set up meeting rooms as required
  • Work alongside the Facilities Manager to maintain the Room Bookings system, liaising with outside service providers
  • File PGD's as per Nurse Manager scan/file/store hard copy.
  • Maintain CEO Diary and arrange meetings as necessary
  • Agenda, minutes and distribution of the Operational Executive committee meetings, Significant events meetings, Health and safety meetings and weekly clinical meetings
  • Update all learning points from the above on to the Intranet
  • Maintain Yellow fever licence, records and administration
  • Any other duties as requested by the Head of HR, CEO and Management team

Job Types:
Fixed term contract, Zero hours contract, Part-time

Part-time hours: 20-25 per week


Salary:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
