Traditional fit-out

Design & and build fit-out

Retail fit-out

The Role
We are looking for an Interior Design architect to join our team.

Roles and responsibilities;

Part take in Client meetings and brief building
Site visits and site surveys
Creating Interior Design Concept Drawings and mood boards
Create and Design Technical Drawings for construction
When necessary have the ability to develop Value engineering designs/ detail designs
Create AS Built drawings
Provide quantities and details to our PM's for traditional build jobs (linear meters and areas etc)
Create and design Renders
Joinery Designs
Analyse drawings from architects and create RFI's
Design Pitch / proposal documents for project tenders
Give client presentations, sales pitch to design works
Procurement and quotations
FF & E schedule/ Schedule of Finishes

- take part in Costing review meetings based project designs
