The Operational Controls Oversight is a dynamic team who are responsible for ensuring effective embedding of the framework across Operations, partnering with the business in all governance and controls related matters, ensuring effective implementation ofthe EUC policy, reporting to clients, Boards and Committees.

The team also collaborates with the 2nd line on various projects, including reporting on key metrics and risk areas.

Your key responsibilities include:

Producing controls MI on behalf of the global business to support the delivery of the Operational Risk and Controls Methodology (ORCM) Framework.
Continuing to build the ORCM brand by working with business partners and deliver high quality reporting.
Delivering reporting that helps to drive improvements in controls and data quality.
Establishing and maintaining an effective business relationship with the key stakeholders.
Supporting teams within Operations with their Governance and Controls related matters.

Skills and experience we're looking for:

Demonstrable project management skills to ensure all internal and external reporting deadlines are met. This includes detailed planning and allocation of resources and taking necessary actions to ensure milestones are achieved.
Ability to run meetings effectively.
Delivery focus with ability to work to tight deadlines.
Effective stakeholder management.
