Locum Housing Litigation Lawyer - All Remote Working - Up to £55 per hour Umbrella - Home Counties


Venn Group's specialist legal team are currently working with an ambitious
Local Authority in the
Home Countiesarea who are recruiting for a
Locum Housing Litigation Lawyerto join their department.

Expected duration
:3 months +

Hourly rate
:
Up to £55 per hour umbrella

Skill level
:
Qualified Lawyer(Solicitors, Barristers and CILEX Fellows)


Duties may include:

  • Holding a full caseload of housing matters including issues such as Possession, Housing Disrepair, Homelessness, Debt Recovery, Unlawful Evictions, ASB Injunctions
  • Negotiating costs and instructing other lawyers on housing matters
  • Attending Committee Hearings and Injunction Hearings
  • Providing general advice on any other Housing work
  • Assist other case handlers with their caseloads
  • Support and develop more junior members of the team
An hourly rate of up to £55 per hour Umbrella will be considered for this position dependent upon experience.
