About the role
As an Investment Partner Lead you are responsible for establishing and maintaining strong collaborative
relationships with Novia's investment partners to enable the firm to operate efficiently. You will act as the
firms representative and recognised investment services expert and you will be the primary liaison and
escalation point for queries from Discretionary Fund Managers, Fund Managers and third party investment
service providers, as well as being a visible and effective contact for all internal Novia stakeholders. As the
Investment Partner Lead you will provide a service which promotes platform usage and supports strategic
sales growth. You will support the smooth running of Novia's investment services by securing effective
partnerships with third parties and resolving issues and promptly removing obstacles.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high quality ongoing support to Investment Partners and maintain and grow existing
relationships.
Promote additional services to existing Investment Partners and identify new opportunities to improve
and enhance platform usage.
Be the main point of contact for Discretionary Fund Manager and Fund Manager issues and queries and
feed these into the Investment Administration teams for prompt resolution.
Identify potential or significant relationship issues and provide the correct level of support, ensuring
that remedial action plans are put in place to resolve.
Contribute to, and partake in, helping to implement any new products/projects related to investment
partner platform usage and new third party investment services.
Develop strong pro-active third party investment services relationships and understand their businesses
and where Novia can add continued value.
Actively support and participate across Customer Operations and Customer Experience to achieve
strategic objectives and sales targets.
Run quarterly service meetings, raising and owning escalations from Investment Partners to
satisfactory completion, reporting on any trends and identifying training, system or process gaps.
Build and maintain internal networks and relationships across the Novia Group.
Develop an in depth understanding of the Novia Investment Administration capabilities and processes.
Maintain an up to date understanding and interpretation of market and competitor activity.

certain gravitas. You will need a calm demeanour with the ability to remain un-flustered and maintain a
cool head in challenging situations.

Ability to collaborate and communicate at all levels.
Results and solutions oriented.
Comprehensive technical knowledge - be able to demonstrate an extensive awareness of the Novia
proposition and the investment services offered by the firm.
A passion for identifying, developing and executing new ideas, and for delivering excellent customer
service.
Able to build and maintain strong client relationships, working in partnership to achieve business goals.
Desire to learn, and willingness to question the current processes, and suggest new and innovative ways of
completing the operational tasks and procedures.
Computer literate with and a good understanding of full suite of MS tech packages and platform tools.
Effective knowledge of technology services and tools that support the role.
The following specialist skills and experience are desirable:
Previously demonstrated experience in relationship management or account management roles, delivering
against targets.
Ability to monitor and assess KPI's and other performance indicators in respect of our Investment Partners.
Previous experience of selling products and services to a client base in a business to business environment.
Proven track record in seeking out and developing new business opportunities.
