Customer Service Advisor - Nights

Based within our Ipswich waterfront office, you will be first point of contact for inbound calls into our growing Frontline Division. You will be fully trained to handle a variety of calls ranging from initial claim logging through to claim queries._
This role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career within the insurance industry, as personal development and role progression is firmly at the centre of the organisation._
You will work as part of our night handling team who work a 4 day on 4 day off rotating shift pattern between the hours of 22:00 and 08:00 equivalent to a working week of 33 hours._

Primary Responsibilities:

Accurately record customer claim details following set processes.
Provide exceptional customer experience on all contacts.
Proactively look for opportunities to improve processes.

Essential Skills:

Can effectively communicate with others.
Ability to input details onto computer systems.
Displays enthusiasm and commitment, willing to own problems and take responsibility for own actions.

Desirable Skills:

Good understanding of the motor insurance industry or financial background would be an advantage
Phone based customer service skills gained within the insurance industry preferred.
Familiar with vehicle types, makes and models (advantage)
