We're looking for an experienced individual with a passion for social media who will progress their career by joining an award-winning digital marketing and customer experience agency.

You'll also need to be a team player and very organised - we're a lean team where everyone has a critical role and we are often very busy and working to tight schedules, so an ability to keep cool under pressure is essential.

The role
Joining our highly creative, experienced team, you'll be working on a range of high-profile global client accounts.

You'll take on the daily management, optimisation and reporting of social media for our clients across a variety of platforms.

You should have excellent writing skills and be able to adapt your tone of voice to meet the needs of the different global audiences we communicate with.


Your role will include:

  • Daytoday social media management including the scheduling of posts and community management across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube
  • Analytics and reporting, making recommendations to optimize performance
  • Client liaison and coordination
  • Regular monitoring of social trends and platform feature enhancements
  • Researching and implementing best practice for each platform
  • Supporting with content planning and development
  • Supporting with social media advertising campaigns
What you'll bring to the role

  • A passion for all things social media
  • A minimum of 3years' experience in a similar social media role, either inhouse or agency side
  • The ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights or recommendations
  • A deep understanding of social media platforms, in particular Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Experience using social media management platforms such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social and Sendible
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • A qualification in social media or digital marketing is preferred but not essential
