As part of our Group Human Resources (HR) team, you will manage our Global Learning Experience platform from end to end, enabling the skill based digital Learning & Development (L&D) that is one of our strategic objectives for 2023 and is so important in the development of our people.
You will identify and recommend the most effective and efficient solutions, incorporating multimedia elements such as audio, video, simulations, games, etc.
into digital learning solutions.Operating as an internal expert and consultant for the technologies, supporting the delivery of digital learning solutions as well as optimizing the vendor management process, supporting and coaching internal SMEs to develop an internal trainer community of practice.
This individual will ultimately be responsible for functionality and will perform quality assurance checks on any digital learning solutions before launching them to the business.
This role could be based in either our London or Madrid Offices on a hybrid working arrangement.Who we're looking for:
You will be IT savvy, with detailed knowledge of how learning experience platforms / learning management systems or digital ecosystems work at a technical level.
Anyone that has experience of working with consultancy firms or technical providers across multiple projects, would be at an advantage.
You will also be a collaborative team player who is just as happy sharing their experience as learning from others and working together on global projects.
Any experience of HR systems and processes would be useful too (we use Success Factors as our HR system) Educated to degree level, or with equivalent experience, you will have strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
