Are you a strong In-house Recruitment Specialist?
Do you have proven background in resourcing for a wide range of roles?

We are working with a large housing association based in Birmingham, looking at add to their already medium size team.

This role will include one direct report and will be a challenging, and generalist role that will suit someone that is a confident in-houserecruiter that has the experience and exposure to utilising all resources e.g., LinkedIn and their local network.

This role will have an aspect of administration, so this person must be comfortable all recruitment duties and be able to adapt to the busy environment.

Role Responsibilities:

Liaising with line managers and/or HR regarding their recruitment needs for both permanent and temporary vacancies.
Supporting managers with developing and updating job descriptions and person specifications as required and in conjunction with HRBP's.
Coordinating with external recruitment providers as necessary.
Oversee administration, maintenance and continuous improvements of the E-Recruitment system and recruitment processes.
Taking detailed briefs from hiring managers and advising them on the best recruitment campaign and selection activities while ensuring they are compliant with Group policies and procedures.
To work with managers to prepare induction and onboarding programmes for new starters.
Recruitment administration; including writing job adverts and social media posts.
Monitor job market trends (e.g. external demand, skills shortages, salary benchmarking etc).
Support the Resourcing Manager in developing, communicating and providing training on resourcing processes within the Group.
Attending interviews as required.
To attend recruitment events such as careers fairs and networking events as and when required.

This person will be proactive, ambitious and have the gravitas to think outside the box in order to fill and secure the best talent within the business.
