I have an exciting opening for an assistant talent acquisition specialist to join our prestigious clients Volume Recruitment team

Job Role: Recruitment Specialist

Contract:
Full Time, Initial 6 Months

Working Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday

Pay Rate:
Competitive

Location:
Home Based (with occasional office visits)

Location - predominantly home based, however you will ideally live close to one of the following sites as you will be required to visit the site occasionally: Leeds / Uddingston.

Key accountabilities:

Proactively sourcing and engaging with the best talent in the industry using a variety of sources: social media, job boards, advertising & search engines
Manage and support advertising campaigns, working within the team to utilise appropriate advertising mediums sharing best practice
Manage onboarding of permanent new hires verbal offers, raising contracts, generating preemployment checks
Ensure all activity is compliant and in line with relevant country specific legislation and governance to protect the company's right to operate.

Experience required;

Experience of the total recruitment cycle, an awareness of a variety of resourcing methodologies
Strong stakeholder and relationship management and communication skills
