To support the lettings agent effect high quality repairs and maintenance across a large portfolio of rented and holiday let properties based mostly in Falkirk, Central Scotland.

• Simple joinery work changing/repairing door locks, replacing doors
• Decorating painting walls, wood/windows, and doors.
• Carpeting removal of worn carpets/replacing with new.
• Plumbing being able to fix small water leaks from taps/water tanks etc.
• Electrical replacing bulbs, installing new lighting, changing plugs/sockets etc.
• Rubbish bagging up tenant rubbish from time to time, and disposing of at local tips/bins.
• Repairs/Maintenance adhoc as needed.

• Flexitime

• 8 hour shift
