Business Change Manager

Business Change Manager with experience of engaging key stakeholders to maximise adoption and utilisation of change is needed to work with our prestigious Russell Group London University client on a key student admissions system technical adoption workstreams.


The Business Change Manager will be tasked with developing and delivering effective multi-channel communication to stakeholder groups whilst coordinating effective training delivery and providing change management support.

  • Experience of identifying and engaging key stakeholders to maximise adoption and utilisation of change within the business, while understanding business priorities and their impact.
  • Experience of developing effective multichannel communication to stakeholder groups and coordinating effective training delivery
  • Experience of delivering change Management support according to the established standards and guidelines.
  • Identifying stakeholders, assessing and managing their needs during a change.
  • Assess and design training to meet training needs (giving people the skills and knowledge to work in the new way).
  • Interpersonal skills which enable the post holder to engage, influence, negotiate and build professional relationships at all levels of seniority.
  • Ability to use critical analysis and judgement to make insightful decisions with uncertain and incomplete information.
  • Understanding of business change management principles and processes.
  • Experience of planning and delivering change management activities to support adoption of behavioral and cultural change in complex organisations.

-Desirable Experience

  • Recognized change management training and/or qualification.
  • Experience in organisational design or organisational change.
  • Experience of working within an education, research or other complex organisation.
Excellent opportunity to work on a Ms Dynamics technical adoption change workstream without needing prior experience in this area.

The role is inside IR35 and requires 1-2 days on site working per week. 6 Month intial contract
