Position:
Pet Contact Agents Salary:
£19, ,319 per annum (plus bonuses)
Hours:
Full-Time, 37.
5 hours per week, on a 3-week rotational shift pattern:
- Week 1: Monday to Friday, 8am4pm
- Week 2: Monday to Friday, 9am5:30pm, with a halfday on Saturday and a day off during the week
- Week 3: Monday to Friday, 12pm8pm Location: Lakeside,

First 4-6 weeks
Overview:
As a Pet Contact Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and professional handling of all aspects of pet insurance, including service and claims, according to corporate and affinity partner service standards.
Responsibilities:
- Promptly answering calls within our Service Level Agreements.
- Producing customer, affinity, and veterinary correspondence to corporate standards.
- Collating and posting documents as required.
- Maintaining a consistent and energetic approach, building rapport with internal and external customers to establish strong customer relations.
- Liaising with veterinary practices, breeders, policyholders, and affinity partners to gather necessary information for veterinary nurses to settle claims and issue cheques.
- Managing customers throughout the lifecycle of their policy, including quoting/selling, policy inception, MTA's, renewals, claims process, and credit control functions, providing a seamless onetouch service.
- Performing ad hoc duties as required by management.
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, both internally and externally, including adherence to the highest standards of business ethics and health and safety regulations.
- Adhering to Company processes related to FCA compliance and Treating Customers Fairly.
Essential Skills:
- Resilience in a busy working environment.
- Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to think quickly and perform well under pressure.
- Problemsolving skills, especially when dealing with difficult customers.
Desirable Skills:
- General understanding of insurance industry practices and principles (Ideal, not essential).
- Previous experience in a targetdriven environment.
