We currently provide an in house 24/7/365 IT support service and are looking for an individual to join the team of dedicated service desk analysts.

You will be part of the larger IT team who are delivering an ambitious IT service that spans a number of UKoffices, European bases and uniquely across all of our ships which sail in UK coastal waters.


This is a great role where you will be managing some situations that you may not necessarily come across elsewhere and would challenge your training and expertise.


This role will have a broad foundational capability across IT Client software and technologies, including but not limited to Software, Applications, Networks, Servers, O365, Azure and other Cloud services.


Location - Dover based for day time shift pattern as this is an integral part of the 24/7/365 IT support team you will be working a shift that includes nights and weekends (nights and weekends you will work from home) a shift allowance is also awardedup to 10% of annual salary
What skills are required

  • Incident and request management experience
  • Excellent third party/stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in Service Desk & Management tools (eg Service Now)
  • Demonstrable experience with administration tasks for MS Azure, Windows Server , Office 365, Windows Desktop 8.1Windows 10, Azure Active Directory and Exchange
  • IT Literate to manage and execute standard administration
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent telephone manner and great communication skills???????????
