Russell Taylor is working with a large digitally focused engineering company who are looking to appoint a Marketing Specialist who will be hybrid working out of their Bristol Office_
. _They must have the ability to work in a highly engaged and crossfunctional team to deliver intense + highly engaging marketing campaigns._

The Role:

To Develop and deliver effective marketing campaigns to promote a wide range of services.
Collaborate with in house specialists to produce engaging, valuable content.
Utilise digital marketing to entice potential leads and nurture customers.
Use marketing automation to increase engagement across the customer's entire journey.
Utilise data to analyse campaign performance whilst presenting this is a compelling manor to stakeholders to help deliver compelling messages and value propositions for the target audience.
Plan and manage the execution of a set events programme.

The Person:

5+ Years B2B campaign experience
BSc in Marketing / Communications or equivalent experience
Ability to work alongside internal / external stakeholders whilst showing excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Although not essential to work in a digital engineering environment, it would be advantageous.
Experience working for a large or corporate company with longterm tenure
Demonstrate good problemsolving skills with a positive attitude and ability to thrive in a quickly expanding team.
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines whilst maintaining a customercentric, results driven mindset.
IT Competent
