Role and responsibilities:
Ensures successful delivery of payroll services for the UK & Republic of Ireland
Responsible for service delivery, stakeholder and expectation management
Highlight and manage opportunities for improved payroll provision and service improvement plans
Ensure the continued relevance of the services provided to the requirements of both the HR function and the business
People Management
Manage teams, onshore and offshore, of process experts who deliver services, always looking for the best way to deliver the service
Operational Management of Suppliers
Act as a point of contact for Service providers e.g. attending and representing Atos at Governance meetings
Significant Escalations/Risks and Issues - Liaison with supplier to resolve any significant escalations and critical issues and if necessary, involve Head of Payroll NE.
Quality governance - Manage and assure quality through the adherence to the relevant Service Level Agreements such as Transactional Accuracy Analysis and Client Accuracy ensuring remedial action to drive improvements.
Customer Satisfaction - Work with PA & HRIS Lead to analyse CSAT management information and identifies areas for improvement with external suppliers and implements strategies to improve customer satisfaction
Change Management
Work with Head Payroll to ensure PY changes are represented appropriately at the HR Change Board, supporting HR colleagues with implementing change which can affect third party suppliers
Accountable for articulating PY change requirements to 3rd party supplier, will be responsible for high risk, high impact and complex change activity ensuring revised desktop procedures are put in place and the new procedures are adhered to.
Analyses the transaction volumes vs baseline and seeks opportunities to reduce costs without compromising service.
Work with key stakeholders to ensure HR adds value
Special projects as required.
