About the role


We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering an excellent supporter experience, has a passion for fundraising and reaching fundraising goals and has meticulous attention to detail, for a permanent opportunity in our Supporter Relations Team.

The focus of this role is to deliver the highest standards of great supporter care to drive fundraising and engagement.


About the Team


The Supporter Data and Relations Team forms part of a newly established central function to support all of our Fundraising directorate.

It brings together as a team the Supporter Relations, Data Marketing and Database services teams, putting at the heart of the business data, customer insight and providing the very best supporter experience.

The team has fantastic experience in supporter care, across individual giving, mass participation and community fundraising.

The team provides excellent stewardship, helping supporters to maximise their fundraising activity and helping to promote where relevant new ways of giving to secure loyalty and extend LTV.


About You


You will be enthusiastic about working with the public to inspire their support and are able to provide an excellent supporter experience for fundraisers and donors alike.


  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to engage a variety of supporters
  • A calm and professional manner
  • Experience of working with databases, with attention to detail and good data management that will drive supporter engagement
  • Excellent collaboration skills who enjoys working with colleagues across fundraising
  • A real passion for working in public fundraising and delivering engaging and inspiring supporter experiences
