Description
The role is working for a British furniture manufacturer to provide support to the Customer Experience Director, Area Sales Managers, Directors, or Executives within the sales team on a direct or indirect basis as required.
This takes the form of providing quotes and information (often of a technical nature), responding to customer requests, tender or project support and coordinating activity in various parts of Bisley to satisfy them.
Showroom duties will incorporate Meeting and Greeting clients and visitors, as well as organising catering and refreshments as required and other General showroom tasks in support of the Customer Experience Director and the wider team.
Main duties & responsibilities:
Sales Support
- Always provide appropriate and efficient administration systems.
- Maintain the customer database (Workhorse)
- Participate in general office administration including answering the telephone and processing post, and other general tasks.
- Ensure full, prompt, and accurate responses to requests for support from assigned customers.
- Provide information, quotations, and technical information to clients / customers.
- Process nonstandard product enquiries.
- Produce documents and materials as required.
- Achieve individually set objectives for personal development.
- Shadow Sales team members to gain an understanding of how the sales process works in pursuit of the sales targets
Main duties & responsibilities:
Showroom Support
- Working alongside the Customer Experience Director to ensure the showroom is presented to the highest and consistent standards.
- Duties' with include checking the showroom daily and prior to any client visits to ensure it is presentable, in good working order and positioned correctly.
- Welcoming Guests and visitors in a polite friendly and professional manner in keeping with our company personality.
- Managing the Showroom Calendar and all Showroom Bookings
- Providing refreshments and clearing away after client visits, meetings, and events.
- Working with the sales in hosting events and client entertaining.
- Shadowing the Sales Managers during showroom visits with clients to assist, learn and understand the process and develop the ability to carry out similar tours if required.
Salary:
£35,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
