Experience:


  • Minimum 3 years of estimating experience

Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Gather proposals, blueprints, architectural drawings, and specifications.
  • Accurately measure and draw up plans in a wellpresented manner.
  • Produce bills of quantities (BOQ).
  • Develop costings for projects.
  • Complete tender documents and submit accordingly.
  • Work on multiple tenders and quotations simultaneously.
  • Liaise with clients to understand and adhere to their requirements.
  • Review subcontractors and assess their suitability for projects.
  • Source competitive pricing for materials from suppliers.
  • Handle telephone inquiries and written correspondence related to estimates.
  • Collaborate with construction managers, planners, and design teams.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • A Levels or equivalent educational background.
  • Computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft programs.
  • Articulate and numerate.
  • Minimum of 3 years of estimating experience.
  • Ability to accurately measure and interpret project requirements.
