Early Years EducatorDuties:
- Plan and implement ageappropriate activities to stimulate children's physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure the wellbeing and development of each child.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Level 2 Qualification or experience
- Relevant experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting.
- Some knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children.
