Early Years Educator

Duties:

Plan and implement ageappropriate activities to stimulate children's physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development.
Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
Provide individualized attention and support to each child.
Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure the wellbeing and development of each child.
Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Follow all health and safety guidelines and regulations.

Requirements:

Minimum of a Level 2 Qualification or experience
Relevant experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting.
Some knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children.
