The new PMO will own, set-up and deliver the F&A Transformation Programme Management Office within the standard framework, ensuring the Programme delivers to NHS SBS time, cost, quality and revenue specifications and escalate any major issues.

What you'll be doing:


  • Manage the establishment of key programme governance processes, including plan management, RAIDD management, change control, document management
  • Produce accurate forecasts of future support office performance and report on variance against forecast.
  • Deliver PMO services in accordance with agreed scope, acceptance criteria, time, financial and quality measures, ensuring all deliverables are in line with contractual arrangements set up with external clients.
  • Ensures that delivery methods and tools are used in a manner consistent with the project environment.
  • Provide management services to support project/service delivery.

This may include but is not limited to:
compilation of budget and forecast figures; capability planning; achievement/delivery planning.


What you'll bring:


  • Recent and proven experience of Programme / Project Management with a track record of delivering to required standards
  • Resource demand capacity management experience
  • Confident writing processes & governance
  • Line management experience

It would be great if you had:

  • Relevant sector experience
  • Recognised industry standard qualification

Remote - required to travel to Bristol or Leeds office once or twice a week

Salary:45,000-55,000dependant upon experience & training needs

Benefits:
