Varied corporate practice in a close-knit team with an excellent reputation for technology mandates.

This rated legal firm is looking for an Associate to join their highly rated and respected corporate team.

The post holder will be predominantly exposed to a broad range of corporate transactions including: M&A (public and private) and venture capital (both equity and growth debt).

The team are continuing to grow and have a a consistent pipeline of work ahead for 2023.

Given their expertise working with technology firms in particular, they are keen to enable the growth of a junior associate by helping them build out their own practice.

With a genuine focus on progression, building a practice and entrepreneurial spirit the department are looking for a hungry and ambitious associate with experience of working in a rated practice.
