Production Operative / Factory Operative

TEMPORARY TO PERMANENT POSITION
Our client, based in Kidderminster
requires a team of Production Operatives.
  • Our client manufactures waste management bins. Long term opportunities and the role offers the possibility of a permanent position following a successful trial period. Overtime available.

Responsibilities of the Production Operative:


  • Working on a production line.
  • Manufacturing waste metal bins.
  • Assembling wheels and lids onto bins.
  • Quality control and checking bins.

Requirements of the Production Operative:


  • Attention to detail.
  • Good numeracy skills.
  • Good accuracy and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work to target.

Pay rate & Hours:

- £11.50 per hour including the attendance bonus.
- £17.25 per hour overtime rate

  • Monday to Friday
  • 08:00 till 16:30
