Administration Supervisor - Band 4
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Garioch administration team as an Administration Supervisor.

This is a new post where the successful applicant will provide first line supervision to the existing administration team based across Garioch.

You will also provide administrative support to the local Management Team as and when required.

A full driving licence is required as you will need to travel to and undertake work from various locations within the Garioch area.

The successful applicant will be highly motivated, well organised, and reliable. Applicants must be educated to HNC level (or equivalent) or have equivalent experience gained within a similar office environment. Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills are essential as is the ability to deal with confidential personnel matters.

This is an outstanding opportunity for personal development within a busy department with diverse and ever-changing demands.
