We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced
Parts Advisor to join our join our market-leading and well-respected family business in
Poole. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a

Hours:
Mon

Fri 8 AM 6 PM Sat 8.00 AM to 1PM (1 IN 3 Saturday on a rota)

Responsibilities as our
Parts Advisor
will include:

Processing parts orders efficiently
Accurately identifying customer parts requirements.
Maintaining stock control
Ensuring all stock is kept securely and in good condition
Contributing to departmental compliance with company policies and industry guidelines
Serving Technicians
Pricing/completing Electronic health checks

What we're looking for in our Parts Advisor:

Main dealer experience or have experience of such. Alternatively, a strong sales background would be beneficial as technical training will be given.
Possess good technical knowledge with ability to answer customer queries.
Computer skills essential.
Knowledge of CDK desirable, although training will be given.
Ability to use own initiative and multitask.
Possess exceptional organisational skills.
Team player
Personable approach, with a polite and courteous manner
