Description
This position will be office based due to some reception cover, the offices are located close to Bank station, so easily accessible.
Salary - £25,000 - £40,000 depending on experienceSome of the duties include:
- Efiling client documents onto the inhouse system
- Updating files and organise archived documents
- Setting up engagement letters
- CRM reporting and updating
- Preparing documents for the team and partners
- Support the partners and managers with running bill reports, and distributing to the right managers
- Processing invoices, expense claims and other administration as required
- Reviewing client records in line with GDPR
- Overseeing all office administration
- Providing reception cover where needed
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Previous experience of supporting a senior member of staff
- Strong administrative skills
- Highly organised
- Good attention to detail
- Happy to be office based
- Ability to manage a heavy workload
- Previous experience within tax would be an advantage
