Your Role


As a Consultant, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute directly to their clients' success by joining their leadership teams.

With their flat organizational structure and partner-to-consultant ratio of 1:4, you'll experience a collaborative and inclusive work culture that empowers everyone to thrive.


What you need to be successful in this role

  • 610 years of consulting experience
  • Attained 'Manager' or 'Senior Manager' grade at a toptier consulting firm
  • Experience leading a team in a significant workstream, project or programme, demonstrating strong project/programme management and consulting skills
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships with FTSE 250 clients
  • Effective communication skills for conveying complex ideas
  • Exposure to technologydriven projects
  • Desire to engage with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience in endtoend project lifecycle from strategy to delivery
  • Knowledge of how to leverage technology and digital assets to deliver lasting business change by leading workstreams that follow the software development lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy)

Desirable Skills

  • Experience managing project budgets
  • Involvement in endtoend project lifecycle
  • Knowledge of leveraging technology for lasting business change
