Made in Japan is a new brand to the UK, offering high quality Japanese ceramics and tableware items for both home use with retail customers via our website, and the wider hospitality industry.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and hard-working individual to join the team. You will be responsible for ensuring all orders are picked, packed and passed to the courier correctly.

The role is demanding at peak times for online orders, and you will be required to be fast-paced and efficient in the job.

Responsibilities can include:

Prepare and complete orders for delivery
Print, Wrap, Pack, Label, Ship
Checking parcels into courier system
Conducting stock audits
Working as a team to ensure all orders are out on time
Ensuring all health & safety procedures are following at all times
Keep a clean and safe work environment
Customer experience, queries and returns
Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations

Requirements:

Ideally have experience as a warehouse worker, able to lift heavy objects, computer literate, able to answer occasional customer queries and good organizational and time management skills.

The position is highly dynamic and fast paced and will require manual work on a daily basis.

Working Hours 9-5 Monday to Friday

£11.50 per hour
