Job summary
We are seeking a highly professional and organised individual to fulfil the role of Receptionist / Business Services Coordinator at our Aberdeen office.This position is integral to the efficient operation of the office, encompassing reception management meeting room coordination and general administrative support.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming calls and external visitors.
- Ensure professional and courteous handling of all reception duties including safety briefings and visitor information.
