Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the business team
  • Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain and organize office files and documents
  • Assist with general clerical duties as needed
  • Utilize computerized systems for various tasks, such as typing, data entry, and document management
  • Assist with managing schedules and appointments
  • Coordinate meetings and events as required
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks

Experience:


  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred
  • Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Familiarity with basic clerical duties and office procedures
