Roade Main Garage is Northampton's leading independent vehicle MOT, service & repair centre, we specialise in BMW/MINI, Jaguar/Land Rover, Mercedes & VAG and we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced service advisor.

This is an automotive service advisor reception role.

Stationed on our reception desk you will be the first point of contact for our customers.

This role includes, answering the phone & taking bookings, pricing parts & labour for quote enquiries & converting enquiries into bookings.

You will also be required to price work identified by technicians on vehicle safety checks & service checks. Contact the customer and communicate the required work in an appropriate manner & format to gain authorization for the required work


The main duties of this role include,

• Handling customer enquiries for bookings & estimates
• Pricing and authorising work as identified on VHC's & services
• Organising of parts required for authorised work.
• Effective management of customer expectations.
• Efficient management of time and workshop diary.
• Liaising between technicians & customers.
• Maintain our high standards of efficiency & customer satisfaction.

Working hours
Monday - Thursday 8am - 5.30pm

Friday 8am - 4.30pm

Alternate Saturday Mornings 8am pm


Depending on your experience, typical annual salary £ £30000
