Julian House is a charity dedicated to making a difference to the lives of the most vulnerable and disadvantaged people in society.

We run several projects and every year we help thousands of people out of homelessness, into employment, away from domestic abuse, and more.

Job Role:
Private Rent Property Researcher

Hours: 3-4 hours per week

Location:
Flexible

Responsibilities include:

Liaising and building good relationships landlords and agencies to source and secure properties for our clients.
Be able to understand the housing needs of each individual client.
Understand the financial implication of each client and the potential challenges they may face.
Need to be able to understand and explore all the potential channels for sourcing the accommodation.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Someone who's able to build good relationships and have good communication skills.
Experience working with vulnerable adults and/or people with complex needs
Have a good understanding of the rental property market.
