**Job Description
Grade 4- £29,139- £31,440pa.

1 Year Fixed term/Secondment Opportunity.**The post-holder will be expected to undertake a wide variety of tasks including communicating with stakeholders, assisting with planning the delivery of current and new projects, organising meetings, preparing agendas and minutes.


  • Maintain accurate and confidential case management records and contribute to monitoring information for the service.
  • To support the Community Safety Team in the management of complex cases in relation to Anti-Social Behaviour, Vulnerability and Domestic Abuse (including Domestic Homicide Reviews), and IOM.
  • Organise, communicate and deliver a monthly programme of Community Safety Road shows with the support of Community Safety Officers.
  • To work and support the Senior Community Safety Officer with regards to dealing with ASB Case Reviews / Community Triggers.
  • Coordinate and contribute to the production of the Community Safety Newsletter, including writing, liaising with Community Safety Officers, Enforcement Team and Comms.
  • To support the Community Safety Team in organising a variety of partnership meetings / events including the preparation of agendas, minutes and venue arrangements.
  • Provide project support for Community Safety commissioned initiatives and projects.
  • Provide administrative support to the Safer Neighbourhood Board.
