Flash Pack is expanding and we're looking for a part-time ambitious and detail-oriented _
_Junior Sales Admin Associate__ to support our global sales function.

This exciting role provides an opportunity to work collaboratively with the sales team leadership, managing daily operations, and significantly contributing to our mission.

What you'll be doing:

- _ Efficiently manage our 24/7 sales coverage model via our rota scheduling platform, Surfboard, ensuring uninterrupted coverage and well-managed time off periods._
- _ Handle administrative tasks related to booking transfers and cancellation requests._
- _ Collaborate consistently with the finance and sales leadership team to enhance sales operations._

  • Your responsibilities will regularly change and develop as the business grows, and it is important that you are comfortable getting involved in tasks outside your remit in order to help the business meet our key objectives

Experience:

- _ Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with strong organizational skills._
- _ Basic proficiency in Google Sheets._


Nice-to-Have Skills:

- _ A basic understanding of Hubspot, Asana and Notion_
- _ Rota management experience_
- _ Startup - experience _

_ Hours:__ This is a part-time permanent role offering 25-hours a week. The working hours will be based on five hours a day, 5 days a week, core hours being between 2pm - 4pm UK timezone_

  • The annual pro rata salary for this role is between £18,000 and £21,000 or $21,300 $24,800) a year depending on experience._

_ Location:__ The role is fully remote. Although we are headquartered in the UK you can be located anywhere around the world between London and Houston timezone._
