FIELD CARE SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a
Field Care Supervisor to join our amazing, award-winning team in Huddersfield.

• Salary £23,000 to £26,000 per year, plus Caremark branded car
• Full time role, mainly field based, with permanent contract
• Care experience of at least 12 months, ideally in domiciliary (home) care
• Experience of supervising staff preferred
• Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care, or at least working towards Level
• Excellent communication skills. Highly motivated with a passion for driving efficiency and maintaining high standards.
• Good IT skills
• Full clean UK drivers licence

The role:

You will deliver high quality care support services, carry out a range of functions across individual services and care assistants in your specific areas.

Whilst the majority of your time will be spent working in the community, assessing and supporting clients you will also have responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Creating and managing person centred care plans for each customer in a timely manner, from initial assessment and regular reviews.
• Spot check, supervision, instruction and support of care assistants
• Administrative tasks in relation to services and customer welfare
• To be oncall 1 weekend in every 56 weeks, and 1 evening per week, as part of a rota with the senior team.
