We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our fast pace retail operations team, with a willingness to learn and be proactive.
Responsibilities And Duties
- Work closely with Product Systems to set up and manage existing product data structures. Creating & maintaining internal documentation that tracks systems changes.
- Ensuring that all training and documentation material is up to date (external and internal) Maintain comprehensive library of training documents and draft SOP's
- Maintain the ongoing Product Operation requests coming from the business
- Being the first line query resolution for product issues
- Ensuring all requests made to Next are followed up and managed
- Drafting process flows for Business Analyst on Microsoft Visio. Supporting Business Analysts in creating a process map library and managing this library for wider business and key stakeholders.
- To develop a detailed understanding of how the various Next systems are connected and can resolve issues accordingly. Understanding the structure of LRS data warehouse.
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders who use/interact with reporting and systems. Have a broad knowledge of the departments within Next Plc that work regularly with Lipsy.
- Managing and creating international exclusions using Lipsy Internal Systems.
- Support Junior Business Analysts with key tasks.
