We're currently seeking a Care Home Administrator to join our team.

The Administrator will be in charge off Liaising with Local Authorities Regards Residents Fee Amounts, and he or she will also be Responsible for producing Invoices for the Fee Amounts due to be Paid by the Local Authorities and also Private paying Residents on a Monthly Basis.


He or She will also be Responsible for Keeping Accurate Records of Personal Allowance Funds held on behalf of Residents and what transactions are made.


He or she will also be Responsible for Keeping Accurate Records off any Monies held in the Residents Fund From any Fundraising or Donations made to the Residents.

Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Reports will be Produced and Submitted to Head Office, and Monthly Reconciliations will be completed.


He or She will Be Responsible for Placing orders for Food And Cleaning products Ect working to Agreed Budgets, and Making Arrangments for Invoice payments to Suppliers.


He or she will also be Responsible for Completing Payroll Spreadsheets and Keeping Track of Annual Leave Entitlement, and Safe Recruitment, completing DBS checks,Right to work Checks and Verifiying References alongside the Home Manager.

Full Training will be Provided.
