Ark Outside London Leadership Scale:
Points £58,962- £65,172) + Potential relocation package worth up to £5,000

To help you gain experience in all aspects of school leadership and prepare for future career development, alongside your responsibility in leading the English department, the exact role and specific responsibilities of the Assistant Principal will be agreed annually in discussion with you.
