Direct Car Credit a family run small car dealership looking to expand and welcome new members of staff to our busy sales team.
As a Sales Controller with us you will be instrumental in driving finance opportunites while focusing on achieving outstanding customer relationships.

- Driving your sales to optimise every Finance opportunity that comes into the business
- Establish wants and needs of the customer while building a rappor that will retain them to the business
- Expertly handling enquiries through the sales process to covert prospects into customers
- Working in a low pressure environment working towards targets and monitoring performace against targets
- Understanding customers wants and needs and ensuring we under promise and over deliver everytime.
- Regular feedback from the sales manager looking at performance, targets and coaching to develop skills

Salary:
£33,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
